SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is made via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible according to the following price found below, which has generally covered shipping expenses. The majority of pattern/book/notions orders can ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope - and I charge exactly what it costs me:  $9.95 as of 10-3-23.  Please understand, I am a small, 1-person operation, NOT Amazon who gets drastically shipping special charges, and you do not pay a 'membership' per year to cover shipping expense. 

If actual shipping charges are significantly over the amount paid, I will contact you with a 'product link' for funding the additional shipping which must be paid before I can ship your order. Accordingly, if shipping paid is significantly over the actual shipping expense, I refund the difference or include a notion of equal or greater value that complements your ordered products.  However, this is usually necessary on only large, bulky items*

 

Orders over $250.00 are shipped FREE to domestic USA main continent destinations. 

 

For Hawaii, Canada, and any other countries, actual shipping will need to be paid before I can ship.  
Foreign delivery orders are charged in US Funds at $23.50 Canada, and $29.75  International, and adjusted as above.   If shipping via USPS International mail is secure to your country, and my system doesn't allow your order, it means that I haven't included your country as one to which I ship. Please notify me and I will make appropriate changes if I can confirm that secure shipping is possible to your country.  I reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if I don't feel shipping to your country is safe.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions, and according to the policies below: 

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation of an order placed within: 24 hours of purchase

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can NOT  accept returns for:

• • Anything purchased at a Sale Price

  • PDF products 

  • Patterns and Books    

  • Custom or personalized orders including alterations made to garments per your request. 

  • Londa Originals Garments - are NOT RETURNABLE.  Please carefully compare the finished Garment Measurement in the description to the measurements of a similar garment that you have to determine fit.  

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds are made via my business check made to you less my cost of shipping and any payment processing fees - I do NOT run credit card or PayPal refunds.

In the event I do not find out that I cannot fill an order until AFTER the day has 'settled'  - or, obviously, after you have received your order and desire to return it with approval, that means I already have paid the money for your order to be processed and would have to pay an even higher processing fee in order to refund through the card upon which it was charged.  

 

Therefore, for authorized returns according to the policies stated above,  I refund in the form of a business check, letting you know the number of the check I have written and mailed.  Thanks for understanding.  It is only with this policy that I can offer the monetary savings on many items at my website and hold my shipping costs as low as possible.
