Adding a red serged edge to the flounce ruffles and changing the strap to red of this Carole Little Top makes it qualify for my Patriotic Tops collection!  This top has an elasticized upper edge, enabling it to be worn on or off the right shoulder.  It's a little hard to tell from the photograph, but this 95% polyester, 5% Spandex top is a slight blouson style, with the body gathered into a 3" double band at the hip.  Sized Medium by Carole lItte - but I'd say a Large as well... there's very little fit to this top.  
Fiber Content:  95% polyester  5% Spandex 
CARE:  Machine wash cold, and dry on low.

Circumference at underarm:  40" stretches to 46"
Circumference at hip:  40" stretches to 50"
Length at center front: 2l.5"
Length at center back:  21.5" 
Length at side seam:  18"
