This jacket is a true upcycle and recycle masterpiece! I combined a grey sweatshirt with a cozy boucle purple heather sweater to create a one-of-a-kind piece. It features a slot buttonhole front closure, beautifully crafted fimo clay buttons, and sleeves that can be carefully snap on and off, giving you the versatility to wear it as either a vest or a jacket. The peplum design, with its flattering line where the sweater fabric joins the top, adds a touch of elegance to this unique garment.
For added flair, I used lilac shantung, lime green iridescent silk dupioni, and purple yarn for the trim, creating a colorful contrast that enhances the overall design.
