After re-cutting a 2XL blue T with my Basic T 2XL pattern with bust dart, I added blue silk jacquard forearm length bishop sleeves.   The same blue silk binds the neckline.  Red metallic thread is couched at the sleeve ruffle and neckline for a 'touch' of red and the side seams are shirred at the lower 7" that shapes the lower hemline for flattery.  
Fiber Content:  60% poly 40% cotton T  100% silk Sleeves and neck binding
Fiber Content:  Machine wash cold/delicate.  Tumble dry/iron touch-up.

Circumference at underarm:  48" at bust level + stretch
Bust Dart point is 12.5" from shoulder
Back width at 5" down from neck:  17" 
Circumference at hip:  49" 
Lower circumference:58" + stretch 
Length at center front:   24.75" 
Length at center back:  27" 
Length at side seam:  14.75" 
Sleeve length from shoulder seam to hem: 20" 
Sleeve length from underarm seam to hem:   13.5" 
Sleeve Elastic circumference:  11.75" at rest
