Up-Cycle Top:  Menswear Knit Base + Rayon Print + Butter Suede - Large
 
 I worked a rayon crepe border print skirt into the lovely drapey parts of this top, accenting it all with butter poly suede and mother-of-pearl buttons on the face-framing scrunchy collar.  The complete chronicle of this garment's design and construction can be found at my YouTube Channel in several installments, here is one of them. @londasews

The base navy menswear top is from Croft & Barrow, a Large.  Cotton poly interlock knit.  The sleeves and rib knit cuffs are original, but set into regular armholes of the re-cut bodice instead of dropped position as original.  The collar is of butter suede, and asymmetrically placed as shown.  Machine free motion quilting and invisible stitching attach the rayon crepe to the knit base.  The 'skirt' of the top flows free and drapes beautifully.  Vertical and angled accent piping of the suede lend figure flattery to this piece.  
I always prewash garments and fabric before I start my creative process. 
 
Care:  I would handwash/Line Dry.  All parts were washed initially.
