White Cardigan w/ Blue Snowflake Neckline/Cuffs - 3-4XL 
 
The sweater that I started with was labeled 3-4XL, thus the sizing, as I did not change that, but actually added to the hip width with the nckline/front edge trim - for which I utilized a pair of  pj pants! Read more about my process at this Blog Post:

The neckline comes scrunched, but is quite deep at the back neck.  Note the close-up picture of the front at waistline for how I 'controlled' the width of this finish, and created an accent with nice antique pearl-finished buttons.  
The sleeve length is inifinitely adjustable with the roll-back cuffs.  
 
The sweater is acryllic, the trim is poly/lycra as I recall.  
 
I do NOT have Finished Garment Measurements on this top - sorry!  I forgot to take them before delivering it to my rack at the Taylor Laine Boutique.
